£1,000 cash taken from till during burglary at St Columb pub

BURGLARS broke into a St Columb pub and swiped £1,000 in cash from the till during the early hours of Monday, police have revealed.

They climbed through a window at the back of the Red Lion, on Fore Street, between 3.30am and 4.30am.

Police are calling for anyone with information on the burglary to come forward. Call officers on 101 quoting reference GC/12/469.
