A WOMAN charged with supplying a Class A drug to a man who later died has appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court.

Susan Frankham, 49, of Millpool, Goldsithney, is accused of supplying one 60mg tablet of morphine sulphate to Stephen Farrer at Helston between February 2 and 5.

Her solicitor, Robin Smith, said no plea was to be entered.

District Judge Diane Baker said the case was so serious it should be heard at Crown Court.
