Alleged assault
TWO 18-year-old males have been arrested in Bodmin following an assault and theft on Saturday.
Police say the incident occurred on Crabtree Lane at around 11.30pm, when a 17-year-old male was allegedly assaulted and his mobile telephone was stolen.
Inspector Ian Drummond-Smith said: "Police officers from Bodmin arrested the suspects within an hour of the offence and were detained at Launceston Police Station, but we are appealing for any witnesses to come forward who may have seen or have knowledge of the alleged attack.''
