Armstrong considers owning up to his sins
CYCLING: Lance Armstrong is considering whether to publicly confess to his doping past. The New York Times has claimed that the shamed American cyclist is close to agreeing to the damning report from the United States Anti-Doping Association which resulted in his lifetime ban from the sport. He was found guilty of widespread doping last year and was also subsequently stripped of his seven Tour de France titles. The Texan has remained silent since the sanction and opted not to appeal his ban.
