Arts Kitchen open
ARTIST Residence Hotel, Penzance, has announced the opening of its new Arts Kitchen.
From Saturday, July 28, it will be offering delicious breakfasts, brunches, lunches, home-made cakes and afternoon teas as well as a wide choice of coffees, teas and soft drinks.
Locally sourced, seasonal ingredients dictate the menu with an exciting range of daily specials cooked by chef Nic Lennon. Choose from Cornish rarebit, smoked mackerel, caper and horseradish salad, or indulge in a slice of rich chocolate Guinness cake. The ethos is simple: quality wholesome home-made food focused around fresh ingredients and locally-sourced produce.
Situated on Penzance's historic Chapel Street, Arts Kitchen inhabits the ground floor of Artist Residence, a former Georgian mansion turned boutique B&B.
