Man breached curfew
A REDRUTH man put under curfew by Truro magistrates on August 2 had breached the order on several occasions over the following weekend, Gail Hawkley, for the CPS, told Truro Magistrates' Court.
Michael Mark Wilson, 32, of Cardrew Close, Redruth, admitted the breach.
Ms Hawkley said he was before the court the previous week for two offences of theft and the case was adjourned on the Friday for reports and he was given a curfew as a condition of his bail.
Community psychiatric nurse Bill Trotter said a psychiatric report was needed as there were mental health issues involved.
