Author to give talk on leadership at sea
The author Peter Villiers will discuss leadership at sea in a talk at Falmouth's Maritime Museum later this month.
Mr Villiers will explore why some people show exemplary leadership skills afloat, whereas others fail when those qualities are most needed.

And he will discuss whether there are there real differences between leadership at sea and ashore.
Speaking ahead of the talk he said: "Admiral Lord Nelson is famous for being the most charismatic and successful leader in our astonishing naval history.
