Bail breach man Dams could be in Camborne
UPDATE: POLICE have confirmed that David Dams was arrested at 9.55pm yesterday (Wednesday, September 25) after he attended Charles Cross police station.
He has been charged with breaching his bail conditions and appeared at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday) at 9.30am.
EARLIER: A GINGER man with distinctive tattoos and links to Camborne is being hunted by police after he breached his bail conditions.
David Dams, aged 47, failed to abide by the terms of his bail imposed by Torbay Magistrates in relation to a sexual assault.

A police spokesman said: “Officers are proactively seeking to locate him and intend to arrest him once he is located.”
Dams is described as stocky, 5ft 10ins tall, with grey eyes, ginger stubble and ginger hair, which is usually shaven.
He has numerous visible tattoos: one his left hand there are dots behind knuckles, the word 'love', a bee, and the word 'hate'. On his right hand are four dots behind knuckles, the words 'hate' and 'love', and the letters TNT. On his right arm there are a spider’s web and a Celtic symbol, and on his left calf a female figure.
He was last known to be living in Plymouth but has links to Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and Camborne.
Anyone who knows the current whereabouts of Dams or has seen him recently is asked to contact police on 101 quoting police reference 729 of September 6, 2013.
