YANIS TYLER, aged 20, of Hillside Terrace, Downderry, has been banned from driving for six months and fined £100 with £50 costs and £15 surcharge after admitting using a motorcycle not in accordance with a licence and with a defective tyre at Trelidon Lane, Torpoint, on July 20. He had earlier denied the charges.
