Bodmin Town's match at Tavistock casualty of wet weather
Champions Bodmin Town's away match against Tavistock in the Carlsberg South West Peninsula League premier dvision was postponed on Saturday morning because of a waterlogged pitch.
Although the weather has been drier in the past few days, the Langsford Park playing surface remained saturated and the attractive fixture became the first casualty of the day in the Peninsula League.
It was quickly followed by the division one west game between St Dennis and Helston, which failed a 10 am pitch inspection because of a waterlogged pitch.
Bodmin's next scheduled game is against Launceston at Priory Park on Wednesday night in the Westinsure Cornwall Senior Cup third round.
