For anyone who can't get enough of the fantastic food and drink that heralds from Cornwall, a new concept hits the road this year, and its first stop is Bristol.  Cornwall Food & Drink LIVE is at Brunel's Old Station in Bristol, during 3rd-4th November 2012. The two-day event will feature inspirational demonstrations from the Duchy's most admired chefs, top food and drinks producers, plus much more, and will bring the true flavour of culinary Cornwall to the city for the weekend.

Throughout the weekend the stage will play host to numerous master-classes, tastings and fun challenges: on Saturday 3rd, the show opens with James Churchfield from BBC Radio Cornwall teaming up with renowned Cornish chef Paul Ripley to take on BBC Radio Bristol's Steve Yabsley and acclaimed Bristol chef Martin Blunos in a cook-up challenge.  Then on the Sunday Two-Michelin starred Nathan Outlaw, a favourite with audiences of BBC's Great British Menu and Saturday Kitchen, will partner with fellow seafood-superstar, Mitch Tonks, of Bristol's RockFish Grill in an unmissable Seafood Special.  Other highlights include Andy Appleton, Head Chef at Fifteen Cornwall, chef Richard Musgrave  demonstrating 'cooking for survival' from a ShelterBox kit, wine expert Fiona Beckett matching Cornish drinks with cheese and the Clifton Rugby boys going head to head in a pasty crimping challenge.

Cornwall has one of the richest larders in the world and will be sharing its bounty!  From award winning ales such as Sharp's Doom Bar and St Austell Brewery's Tribute, to champion cheeses like Cornish Blue, succulent grass-reared meats and designer chocolates.  And with Christmas just around the corner, Cornwall Food & Drink LIVE is a great opportunity to taste and buy the very best festive produce and gifts straight from the producers, delis, breweries and restaurants in Cornwall.  And for those early-birds, the first fifty people through the door each day receive a free Cornwall Food & Drink LIVE jute bag!

Families can also get stuck in with an array of fun activities with a distinctly Cornish flavour.  Old and young can have a go at learning the art of pasty crimping, come face to face with an RNLI lifeboat and take part in shanty singing!  Those who enjoy the active side of life can also Race the Doom Bar with the Sharp's rowing challenge!
