Burglars steal entire kitchen
BURGLARS made off with an entire kitchen from a Penwithick home – everything but the sink.
The thieves broke in to the house at Penhale Road, near St Austell, between Saturday, August 10, and Monday, August 12, by smashing a glass panelled door.
Once inside, they took a Wicks' partially-constructed flat-packed kitchen.
Several parts of the kitchen were still in the original boxes but some of the units had already been put together.

They also pinched a stainless silver cooker hob and lengths of black, uncut worktops.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to call them on 101, quoting GA/13/2458.
“We are especially appealing to people within the construction industry or persons who may have been recently offered a kitchen for sale,” said DC Lauren Holley, from St Austell Police Station.
