Burglary charge
BODMIN man David Cross was released on conditional bail by magistrates on December 21 to await committal to Truro Crown Court on a charge of burgling a house at Abbott's Close in the town on August 7 and stealing two laptop computers valued at £1,300. Cross, 30, was bailed until January 9 with conditions including requirements to live and sleep at an address in Berrycoombe Hill, Bodmin, and observe a 7pm-to-7am curfew.
