Bustophers, Truro, makes Michelin Guide
Bustophers Bar Bistro, Truro, has been recognised in the 2013 Michelin Guide to restaurants and hotels across Great Britain and Ireland.
Tom Hancock, general manager, said: "I'm delighted and extremely proud that Bustophers has been featured. It's a reflection of the hard work by the small team at the bistro and rewards the effort we all put into maintaining the quality of food and service."
Bustophers is now one of only four restaurants in Truro to feature in the prestigious guide and the news follows the recent retention of their AA rosette.
Head chef Paul Stephens said: "I believe that good food is about sourcing the best quality ingredients and treating them with respect. In the bistro we work as a close-knit team and everyone is delighted that their dedication has been acknowledged by the highly respected Michelin Guide."

In total, 346 restaurants and 138 hotels have been added to the guide this year.
"A restaurant that's in our guide is a very good recommendation in itself - we recommend only 2,149 restaurants throughout the UK," said Rebecca Burr, Guide Editor.
