“So very sorry to read of this chaps death, but as I commented on this page last week, perhaps those that red arrowed me (when I suggested that A class roads with fast moving traffic were no place for pedal cyclists) would like to tell us why the power's that be prohibit cyclists from using motorways which have three lanes and a hardshoulder and a maximum speed limit of 70MPH,but allow cycling on A class trunk roads which have only two lanes, and the same speed limit?”
