Carol said: “I lost my grandparents when I was young and I really miss them, so my clients are like my extended family. I never leave my clients without making them smile, I love hearing their tales, their history and I put everything I can put into looking after them.”
Carol was nominated by her boss, Tim Roe, who added: “Carol is incredibly kind and empathetic and really takes the time to get to know her clients and their families, so she can provide them with the best quality care and support. Although she only joined the team in January she has already made a massive impact on her clients’ lives.”
