JACK DUNT, 21, of Halsetown, charged with using threatening behaviour at St Ives jointly with Jessica Wilkinson and Adam King on September 6 had his case discontinued at Truro Magistrates' Court on November 15.

JESSICA JAYNE WILKINSON, 18, of Porthia Road, St Ives, had her case discontinued at Truro Magistrates' Court on November, 15 when she was charged with using threatening behaviour jointly with Adam King and Jack Dunt at St Ives on September 6.

CLIFFORD VAUGHAN TOWNSEND, 51, of Chywoone Place, Gwavas Estate, Penzance, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on November 15 to theft at Hayle on October 22 and was given a community order for a year. He also admitted a further offence of theft and had to pay compensation totalling £65.

FLOYD WEAVER-QUAYLE, 21, of Parc Mellan, Penzance, was convicted in his absence at Truro Magistrates' Court on November 16 of travelling on a railway without paying the fare on August 3 and was fined £400 and told to pay compensation of £2.50.
