ERIC IDALO BARKER, aged 66, of Main Road, Ashton, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 10 to using threatening behaviour at Lanner on August 10 and was fined £220 and told to pay compensation of £100.
THERESA ANNE KEMPTHORNE, aged 36, of St Aubyn Estate, Praze, was convicted in her absence at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 of speeding at Leedstown on October 17 and fined £400.
MATTHEW HOPKINS, aged 44, of Market Street, St Just, was convicted in his absence at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 of using a car without insurance at Marazion on October 2 and fined £600.
PATRICK STEVEN PRESTIDGE-BROWN, aged 22, of Jubilee Place, Pendeen, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 to using a motor vehicle with no insurance at St Erth on October 12 and was fined £165.

MICHAEL MARIAN BURKE, aged 59, of Lower Sheffield, Paul, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 to driving without due care and attention at Penzance on August 31 and was fined £130.
COLIN WILLIAM DIAMOND, aged 56, of Parc an Pyth, Pendeen, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 to using an inappropriate driving licence at Penzance on November 20 and was fined £35.
EDGAR MILES BASIL TREMBATH, aged 53, of Manor Farm Close, Penzance, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 11 to using an inappropriate driving licence at Longrock on December 7 and was fined £45.
ADAM DARREN KING, aged 21, of Trelawney Avenue, St Ives, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 14 to assaulting Graham Thirlby at St Ives on September 6 and resisting a police officer on the same date and was sent to a community centre for 36 hours. He must also pay compensation of £250.
