Cash prizes on offer for best Jurassic images
The Jurassic Coast Award 2013 is open for any up-and-coming photographer to showcase their talent.
The competition, which is supported by the Dorest Wildlife Trust, gives budding photographers the chance to get their work recognised.
Anyone who is a dab hand with a camera has the opportunity to enter the competition and be in with a chance of winning up to £500.
The awards will go to the photographer who captures a different, personal view of the coast.

There are three categories that will be judged: My special place, Point in time, and Close up Coast – each with a youth category for the under-16s.
The judging will be headed by Wildlife photographer of the year 2007, Ben Osbourne.
"The Jurassic Coast is a truly inspiring coastline and I have been privileged to explore it through my recent 'Jurassic Journey' project.
"I am very excited about this competition, we are looking for entries which illustrate our themes in an innovative and original way."
The images submitted must have been taken within the last five years or during the competition entry period which concludes on February 25, 2013.
Winners of the adult prize will win £500, with the runner-up taking home £250.
The youth award winner will claim a £250 prize fund.
