GOOD-HEARTED actors have raised more than £500 for a charity supporting people with a rare condition.
The final charity performance of Polruan Theatre Club's summer season raised £525 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
The final performance of two short plays, Noel Coward's Fumed Oak and Shop For Charity by Charles Mander, was dedicated to the association in a show of support for a local resident who has been diagnosed with the illness.
The performance took place at Polruan Village Hall on September 3 and the cash was raised through ticket sales, a raffle and donations.
