GOONHAVERNFraud admitted
CARL COX, aged 47, of Goonhavern, entered a guilty plea at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 18 to fraud involving tenancy agreements and rent letters at Newquay during 2010 and 2011 and was given a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, and told to do 200 hours of unpaid work.
He also has to pay costs of £500 to Cornwall Council.
