China Fleet club launches new brasserie menu
CHINA FLEET Country Club at Saltash is known to many people in different ways.

To the people that work there it is known as being part of a family.

The new events specialist, Julie Monk has grown up in Saltash and is well known in the local community. With all this expertise and local knowledge China Fleet felt it should make the most of this talent and has challenged them to come up with something new and exciting, starting with a new brasserie menu.
New dishes will include goats' cheese and beetroot tatin, classic chicken korma and cajun-spiced chicken breast burger.
There is a new salad section with a dressed, mixed salad bowl with a choice of topping ranging from char-grilled rump steak to feta cheese, red onion and olives.
"China Fleet prides itself on great service and great food and has built on what we know and what our customers have been telling us; we have come up with what we believe is our best menu yet," said food and beverage manager Andy Truscott.
Food is served from 8am until 9.30pm in the brasserie. It's a great place for families to eat out, with special menus for kids and big kids.
