Truro Cathedral set to welcome new Dean of Truro
The new Dean of Truro Cathedral will take his place next Saturday during an installation service.
Archdeacon Roger Bush will take centre stage during a service led by Bishop of Truro, Timothy Thornton.

A congregation of more than 400 is expected to attend the 11am service including civic, state and religious dignities and members of the public. He takes over from the acting dean, The Reverend Canon Perran Gay who stepped in after the Very Reverend Dr Christopher Hardwick left.
Archdeacon Bush, 55, who was born in Norfolk and has worked in Cornwall for the past 18 years said his appointment was an "immense privilege".

He said: "I have been very fortunate in being involved in the life of the cathedral in some way or another for many years. To have the opportunity to lead the cathedral community is a wonderful opportunity for me, to which I am greatly looking forward."
He said that being brought up as the son of a farmer meant the interests of the farming community were "especially dear to his heart".
He is married to Lois and has two grown-up children, Hannah and Tom.
