Coodes' reward for first-time buyer help
A TRURO firm has been recognised by the Law Society for its work in helping first-time buyers at its annual Excellence Awards.
Coodes, which has offices across Cornwall, won the Excellence in Conveyancing Practice category, which recognises commitment to the values of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

More than 600 lawyers and their guests joined Law Society president Lucy Scott-Moncrieff and BBC broadcaster Mishal Husain at a black-tie dinner and presentation ceremony at Old Billingsgate in London.
The judges were impressed by Coodes' specialist services for first-time buyers as well as the buy-to-let and affordable housing markets.
