But she walked out after just days to spend time with her family and new boyfriend – fellow housemate John James.
Leedstown's Russ Holland, along with bandmates Tim Joslin and Terry Pascoe, greeted her with their version of Combine Harvester.
Mr Holland said: "I got a phone call on Friday afternoon from Channel 4 saying can you get up to London quick. We headed for a city centre farm and when Josie arrived she gave me a big kiss and recognised us straightaway as the Cornish Wurzels."
"She loved it. It was great and she asked us to sing Tie Me Kangaroo Down Sport for John James because he's Australian, we even Wurzelized it with a few ooh-aahs."
