Cornwall Council makes it easier to report problems online from dead dogs to broken street lights
Councillor Andrew Wallis said: "I very much welcome this, as it is often hard to find which form you need to report something."
All of the options - for complaints including potholes, fly tipping and street light problems - can be found via the council's Facebook page.

“The Facebook Report It tab has been designed to run in addition to our existing means of letting us know about any issues. These include through the front page of our website at http://tinyurl.com/c4s8dgc over the phone on 0300 1234 100 or email at enquiries@cornwall.gov.uk
We are continuing to see large numbers of people visiting our website from our Facebook page at http://tinyurl.com/d65xfh5 and the Report It tab is seen as an ideal way to make getting hold of us even easier and to give more choice.
Thank you.”
