Cornwall due to be battered by more rain this weekend
After making it through last week’s hurricane strength storm, Cornwall looks set to face more wet weather this weekend.
Less than a week after St Jude rocked the county, the Met Office has issued another yellow “be prepared” weather warning for Cornwall and the South West.
Heavy rain is expected to reach Cornwall at 6pm Sunday evening and continue through until midday on Monday.
The Exeter based meteorologists have also advised people to be aware of the risk of localised flooding after recent wet weather.
