Cornwall chef, Kevin Viner, launches new restaurant
CORNWALL'S first Michelin starred chef who was ousted from his restaurant near Truro following a long-running feud with his landlord, has launched a new venture at a country house hotel in Mithian.
In November Kevin Viner was forced out of Viners Restaurant and Bar at Summercourt after the landlord, Eric Randle, took possession of the building. Mr Randle took over the site launching it as Stiltskins Bar and Restaurant, run by his son, Ashley, a trained chef.

“I wish Mr Viner all the very best in his new venture (especially after the way he was treated at Summercourt). He is one of Cornwall's top chef's and deserves all the success that he will no doubt achieve.”
