SEAN CHARLES MICHAEL DAWS, 22, of Trease, Pendeen, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 26 to assault on December 23 and was put under curfew for four months and told to visit an attendance centre for 36 hours.

SUSAN MARY ROBERTS, 49, of Trelawney Place, Hayle, pleaded not guilty but was convicted at Truro Magistrates' Court on January 30 of assault on July 17 and was conditionally discharged for 18 months.
