Other stars to donate items include Plymouth-trained gold medal winning swimmer Ruta Meilutyte and former boxer Mike Tyson. Around 30 lots will be auctioned, including football boots signed by Chelsea captain John Terry, a London Wasps signed rugby shirt and a jacket signed by sailing legend Dennis Conner.
A raffle will also be held, with first prize of either a framed football shirt signed by Lionel Messi, or a framed and signed shirt from the England 1966 World Cup squad.
The event is co-organised by Meningitis UK community ambassador Becky McLaren, 41, from Saltash in Cornwall, who lost her seven-month-old step-granddaughter Gracie Violet to meningitis in February 2011.
Becky said: "There will be so many fantastic items up for grabs, it's touching to see people's generosity. We hope as many people as possible come, so we can raise all we can for the three amazing charities."
The fundraisers all work for Lloyds TSB. This is their third fundraiser in 15 months for the charities and they have already raised £33,000. Lloyds TSB will match fund anything they raise.
The auction takes place on February 10 from 7pm. DJ David FitzGerald from BBC Radio Devon will act as the auctioneer.
