Design change wins backing
A REQUEST by a developer to change the design of nearly 40 homes planned at Swanvale in Falmouth has been supported by the town council.
Wainhomes has applied for planning permission to replace a single garage with a double one and increase or decrease the number of bedrooms on plots 19 to 28, 38 to 42 and 46 to 69 at the former MoD site at Goldenbank.
Permission for 125 new homes, reached via Trenoweth Road, was granted in April last year.
