Launched earlier this year, Project Ocean aims to challenge the public to imagine what would happen if the world's fisheries collapsed leaving the seas devoid of fish. Sarah Boothroyd, who manages the website and online shop at the National Lobster Hatchery, said the campaign fitted in well with their own initiatives on sustainable fishing.
"This couldn't have come at a better time for us," she said. "This year we allocated new budgets to develop our online sales as it has proved to be a useful new income stream for us."
