Diamond pair's generosity
AN ILLOGAN couple marked their diamond wedding anniversary with an open house for family and friends.
Ray and June Jervis, from Church Road, also enjoyed a dinner at Tehidy Golf Club as part of their celebration of 60 years of marriage.
The couple met at the Whitsun fair in Redruth, where Mr Jervis was working on the dodgems.
"I was having a ride on my own and he didn't take my fare," said Mrs Jervis.
