DOUBLE BRIT AWARD winner Ben Howard has been confirmed to headline a charity festival in St Ives.
The singer-songwriter is booked to perform at the hugely popular Greenaway Pro Festival on the event’s closing night, as the surf, music and art showcase makes a welcome return after two years off.

The festival, which runs from September 17-21, will see its renowned surfing competition during the week on Porthmeor Beach with prize money totalling £3,000.

A number of creative displays will also be exhibited, including short films, art collaborations and photography from local talent.
The event was set up in 2009 in memory of former lifeguard Tom Greenaway, who tragically died aged just 22.
Mr Greenaway was a popular bodyboarder, musician and artist, and the festival looks to champion those past times while also raising money for worthy causes.
So far the team behind it has collected over £10,000 for charities such as Surfers Against Sewage, Water Aid and Greenpeace.
