If approved, it will see a variety of offices and industrial buildings spring up on the site, which falls in the Newquay Growth Area.

“Here we go again. The "great environmentalist", Charles Windsor strikes again. He won't be happy until he's coated his Duchy in concrete as long as it means more revenue for his coffers. And, of course, Cornwall Council's Cabinet of mini-dictators will bow, scrape and accede to his every wish. What Charles Windsor wants, Charles Windsor gets, and what 520,000 Cornish residents want doesn't even come into the reckoning. We found out only 2 days ago what this Council thinks of "due democratic process".”
