standing start, based in a study at home in Wadebridge, with just 4

properties and a lot of ideas and enthusiasm, a new business model was

launched bringing a fresh approach to Property Lettings and Management

in the area.  Having now collected well over £2,000,000 worth of rent

since the business was launched, and having added a thriving Property

Sales Department, 'My Place in Cornwall' is a brand to be reckoned with

in the industry and a brand that turns heads among the property selling,

buying and renting public.  Using a range of media that is so often

ignored by other agents, we have embraced this to our advantage and

present properties with as much information as possible. We don't

you enter our centrally located Wadebridge Office, which celebrated its

First Anniversary in August 2012, you realise that we take a different

approach to property. We practice what we preach, so the office is

uncluttered, light and airy with plenty of room to sit and discuss the

serious business of buying, selling and letting properties. We can also

offer the most flexibility for when you want to come in to have that

conversation, because we can almost guarantee that we will still be open

when all the other Agents in the area have closed their doors. We are

open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and

very often we make ourselves available on the phone outside those hours

for those important or sometimes urgent business conversations.
