A North Devon estate agent is selling an unusual property – in Missouri. Geoffrey Clapp, of Geoffrey Clapp Associates in South Molton, is marketing Stormhold Ranch (above) near St Louis.
The property belongs to a British couple who have moved back to Chulmleigh in Devon for family reasons.
