A FALMOUTH man appearing before Truro magistrates on his birthday pleaded guilty to six breaches of a community order, requiring him to do 110 hours of unpaid work.
Probation officer Jenny Davis said he had completed just over seven hours of the order which was made in March, and she asked for it to be revoked.
Paul Garth, 41, of Killigrew Street, who was originally charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath, using a motorcycle with an inappropriate licence and without insurance, was jailed for ten weeks.
