ACCUSED of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Neil Drummond with intent to cause him grievous bodily harm at Falmouth on August 31, a Falmouth man had his case adjourned by Truro magistrates to Truro Crown Court on March 8.
David Merrett, 44, of Trelawney Road, entered no plea to the charge.
A condition of his bail was not to contact two named males.
