Falmouth teenager Alex Burgoyne to appear in court over imitation fire arm charge
Falmouth teenager Alex Burgoyne will appear at Truro Magistrates Court this week charged with possession of an imitation firearm.
Burgoyne, 19, of Trevaylor Road was arrested in Church Street last Thursday at about 1.15pm after allegedly being found with a BB gun.

He appeared at Bodmin Magistrates Court on Saturday and was remanded in custody until Thursday's hearing.
