Man confirmed dead after A394 crash at Rame
POLICE have confirmed that a man died at the scene of a crash after his BMW collided into another car on the Falmouth-to-Helston road yesterday morning.
Just after 8am the man, believed to be in his forties, was involved in a collision with a VW Polo travelling in the opposite direction on the A394 at Rame.
The man, thought to be from Penzance, was travelling towards Falmouth from the Helston direction in his BMW Z3.
The male driver of the BMW died at the scene and the female driver of the VW was taken to Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro.

She was later transferred to Derriford Hospital in Plymouth having sustained serious injuries.
The deceased has not been formally identified.
No other vehicles are believed to have been involved in the collision.
Officers from the Serious Collisions Unit at Camborne attended the scene.
