Fayre to be held - whatever weather
THE Friends of the Blue School group is getting ready to host its annual summer fayre on Saturday.
The event will be held at St Columb Minor Academy, Porthbean Road, from 11am to 2pm.
There will be various stalls, games including soak the teacher, a bouncy castle, barbecue, refreshments, tombola and raffle. Newquay Zoo will also be attending with its mini-beasts.
Organisers say the event will go ahead whatever the weather.
