Fears mounting for missing Camborne man after items found at secluded cliff
Concerns are mounting for the safety and whereabouts of a Camborne man after his jacket and personal belongings were found near the edge of secluded cliffs near the town.
A member of the public contacted the Coastguard after they found the items, including a mobile, at Deadman's Cove on the North Cliffs yesterday at around midday.
Police confirmed that they belonged to 40-year-old John Menzel. Despite extensive searches by the police, coastguard and rescue teams they have not yet found Mr Menzel and there are serious concerns for his welfare.
He had been living locally and his family have been informed of his disappearance.
