Fell shows way into final in Palm Springs
MODERN PENTATHLON: All four British women competing at the opening Modern Pentathlon World Cup of the year in Palm Springs, California, have progressed safely to today's final. Beijing 2008 Olympic silver-medal winner Heather Fell, from Tavistock, will be joined in the final by team-mates Katy Burke, Kate French and 18-year-old Jo Muir, who is contesting her first World Cup. Great Britain join China and Russia as the only nations with four women in today's final.
