Festival will be the apple of your eye
THE Little Apple, a new three-day music festival at Healey's Cyder Farm, Penhallow, near Truro, takes place on Friday to Sunday.
There will be 100 live acts and 100 different types of cider (and a few ales thrown in for good measure) from across the UK and beyond.
Friday night will see the People's String Foundation headlining, Saturday has ska / hip hop brass band Brass Roots and on Sunday, West Country favourites Mad Dog Mcrea, pictured. Other acts include Black Friday, The Belfast Busker, AlBenAza, Cyderfex, The Cornish Wurzels, Albert Jones, Aaron Douglas, Blue Horyzon plus many more.
All tickets include a tractor ride into the festival and cider tasters in the farm shop.

It's located within the beautiful grounds of Healey's 150-year-old working cider farm in the rolling Cornish hills, where the famous Cornish Scrumpy, Rattler and even Cornish Cyder Brandy are created.
Live music from local acts and international headliners will be keeping everyone entertained all day and night, with other activities such as the inter-pub tug-of-war contest, battle of the sea shanties, hoedowns and barn dances.
Tickets are only £12 for all weekend access to the festival, under 14s are free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Ticket holders can come and go as they please over the course of the weekend.
Gates will open at noon tomorrow and the event finishes at midnight on Sunday.
Camping is available on site for £25 per person for tents or £35 per two people for campervans.
