Around 20 different groups of residents across the parish have been busy making and preparing decorations for the exhibition.
The Christmas event began on Sunday December 1 at St Senara at Zennor, with money raised going towards the church’s upkeep and the Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW).
Organiser Gillian Farrell said is was a lovely, traditional thing to do in December and has brought lots of people together.

“It’s very much a community event,” she said. “But we’re also raising money for the church and the charity.
“On Sunday we had some very appreciative visitors - they said it was magical and showed the true values of the season.
“It’s really what Christmas is all about.”
Mrs Farrell added everyone has really enjoyed it so far and the display has proved very popular among residents in the parish.
Children from Nancledra and Trythall schools, Zennor Bellringers, the local WI and The Tinners Arms are just some of those involved in the celebrations.
Each has been responsible for a special tree, while the church also has its own ‘memory tree’ that visitors are invited to hang a star on while making a wish.
Starting from Sunday December 1 the church will be open from 11am-5pm every day over the festive period, closing on January 6. There will be refreshments available, such as mince pies and mulled wine, and visitors are encouraged to make a donation.
