Fighting and explosions at Fowey Community College
Blood, guts and loud booms were the order of the day for some Year 9 students from Fowey when they received a visit from a professional stuntman.
The Fowey Community College drama students were treated to a visit by Mark Ruddick, of Squire Theatre, as reward for the effort they've shown in their studies.

Mark has recently been working as a stuntman on the BBC's, Merlin, and during his visit he taught the students the art of stage fighting, how to make fake blood and the knack of creating explosions using compressed air.
Drama teacher, Miss Lou Hall, said: "What is so great about this workshop is that the content covers all aspects of the school curriculum, including Science, PE, Maths, Technology and obviously a pinch of Drama.
