MARIUSZ SLUSARZ, 27, of Meadowside, Launceston, has pleaded guilty to driving on August 3 at Carboth Lane, Launceston, with 205 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, the limit being 80mg.
He was fined £220 by Bodmin magistrates last Tuesday, with a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 22 months, to be reduced by 22 weeks if he completes a drink-drive rehabilitation course.
