Fisherman's nets stolen from Helford River
A fisherman has had new nets stolen from the Helford River.
Police are investigating the theft, which happened between last Thursday and Sunday.

The nets, worth several hundred pounds, were taken from a pontoon in the estuary.
The Bass type nets, measuring 6 x100 metres, were machine rigged by South West Netting.

Three nets are joined together to form a tier. The top rope is blue polypropylene with white floats spaced every 12 feet and is woven/braided.
The bottom line is white with blue flecks. The net is attached to the head and foot rope by nylon stitching.
