"No to Sunday flying and yes to a Sunday boat that comes earlier and leaves later attracting daytrippers."
"If you don't have Sunday flights you will have silence for the rest of the week as Scilly's holiday industry reaches the critical point of decline in numbers."
"Sunday flying is selfish, greedy and unnecessary. If it goes ahead I hope it fails in a very short time."
"An extra hour or two flying a week isn't going to turn us into Heathrow."
"Do you really think tourist numbers have been dipping because of no Sunday flying?"
"Oh great. So we have to put up with the horrendous noise as it goes right over our garden 7 days a week."
"It will put costs up for all, ruin Sundays for a lot, be convenient for a few and destroy the whole concept of Scilly."
